NEA professionals work closely with our payor clients with installation and initial training. However, our service extends past implementation, providing continuous service to improve your claim adjudication process and simplify your workflow.
Payors utilizing the FastAttach™ system receive unlimited telephone support at no additional charge.
Each Payor will have on staff one or more "NEA Administrator(s)" who should be able to assist staff at the insurance company with NEA related problems. Also, we encourage you to call us at NEA to resolve any problems you might encounter.
