Delta Dental Plan of New Mexico Signs Agreement with National
Electronic Attachment to Begin Receiving Electronic Dental Attachments
via FastAttach(tm)

Atlanta, Georgia - National Electronic Attachment, Inc. (NEA)
announced today that they have signed an Agreement with Delta Dental
Plan of New Mexico which will allow Delta Dental Plan of New Mexico to
begin accepting dental electronic attachments transmitted to NEA's web
site from their providers, using NEA's FastAttach( system beginning
July 1, 2001.

FastAttach(tm) enables dental offices to transmit dental attachments
(x-rays, perio charts, intra-oral pictures, narratives and EOB's), via
the Internet, to NEA's repository where Delta Dental Plan of New
Mexico is able to view them in support of electronic claims. For
dental offices, FastAttach( accelerates claim processing and
eliminates the need to duplicate and mail x-rays.

Delta Dental Plan of New Mexico's Vice President of Operations,
Marybeth Phipps stated, "Delta's ability to offer this new technology
to our participating dentists in New Mexico will continue to
strengthen our business partnership with dental offices throughout the
state. Our hope is that high levels of participating providers utilize
the NEA product. This will not only lower administrative effort in the
dental offices, but also at Delta. Lower administrative effort results
in greater efficiencies and savings for our dentists and groups."

Delta Dental Plan of New Mexico anticipates this arrangement will
increase their electronic claim volume, reduce in-bound mailroom
expenses and eliminate the need to return x-rays to dentists.
