NEA FastAttachTM is an Internet based system utilizing imaging technology. This provides NEA with a very open architecture that allows utilization and compatibility with a significant number of established and emerging technologies. The NEA system will allow easy adoption of attachment utilization for providers that will save countless hours of efforts and produce significant cost savings. NEA occupies a unique position in the Healthcare Attachment marketplace in that the technology is designed as user-friendly as possible.

NEA develops technology with a philosophy of the more user-friendly software is, the more the software will be utilized. NEA does NOT require any additional hardware for those hospitals that already have a digital attachment system. The maximum hardware requirement for any provider is that of a scanner. NEA's FastAttachTM is designed with an open architecture so importing attachments into FastAttachTM is as easy as a cut and paste within Windows or scanning a document. All images are transmitted via the Internet with all communications encrypted to meet HIPAA requirements.

NEA maintains a repository of attachments for all of our Payor clients that allow Payors to implement NEA with no internal programming necessary. NEA allows both provider and Payor significant savings in cost and employee efficiency by allowing the provider to send and Payor to receive an attachment for less than they can mail attachments. FastAttachTM allows providers to download software and begin transmitting to Payors most times in a matter of a couple of hours.

FastAttachTM is a tremendous breakthrough of the improving Healthcare EDI technology. FastAttachTM is either a real-time application or can be used as a batch communication similar to the present claims technology. Implementation and training for a typical provider is 1 hour and the cost is included in the registration fee.

NEA provides training via phone for each provider that signs with NEA. NEA also provides unlimited phone support for all providers. Our technical support hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM EST. NEA invoices a typical provider a subscription fee that is based on the number of providers per physical location.

Per Provider per month:   $25.00

A registration fee of $250.00 is required of each office. The fee is a one time only charge and includes all training.
