Medical: Institutions / Hospitals

NEA's FastAttachTM also allows Hospitals and other Institutional facilities to electronically transmit additional information to Payors in order to speed the adjudication process. Due to the FastAttachTM imaging technology, Institutional clients now can import records from existing Hospital Clinical Systems that otherwise might not interface with Hospital Information Systems. This allows for quicker responses to those Payor requests for additional medical records. NEA's FastAttachTM allows providers the ability to reduce cost and speed the adjudication process from Payors thus increasing cash flow and receiving claims payments sooner.

As with Professional providers, FastAttachTM is either a real-time application or can be used as a batch communication similar to the present claims technology. Implementation and training for a typical provider is 1 hour and the cost is included in the registration fee. NEA provides training via phone for each provider that signs with NEA. NEA also provides unlimited phone support for all providers. Our technical support hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM EST.

The costs for NEA Institutional clients are $0.35 per attachment. The registration fee is $1000.00 and is a one-time fee only.
