More Flexibility
No other electronic attachment system has the flexibility of FastAttach™. Our system provides multiple ways to work with:
A single office practice may have 1 or more dentists, but only one physical office location. According to the practice management software, and/or the claims clearinghouse being utilized, the office will be able to use an integrated version of FastAttach™ or a stand-alone version of FastAttach™. Your software company and claims clearinghouse can tell you if they are interfaced with NEA's FastAttach™ or not.
If your practice has 2 or more office locations and each location will be transmitting attachments, we consider this a multiple office practice. The staff in each office location will be trained and supported just like a single office practice. For management purposes, NEA programmed a feature that will allow the manager to sign into any office location and check the status of attachments. Also, to help with payor requests for additional information, the manager at the home office can create an attachment file for the satellite office to just add the image and transmit. These and other features help make claims management easier.
Centralized Billing Office Practices
If your practice has 2 or more office locations and ALL of the claims and attachments will be submitted out of one office, we consider this a Centralized Billing Office (CBO). With a CBO, only the home office staff are trained and supported on the use of FastAttach™. The home office manager will be equipped with features that help with the creation and management of attachments, which will be entered by 1 or more employees. NEA will work with each CBO to develop the most efficient workflow.
Institutional Clinic/University Practices
Hospitals, Medical Clinics, Universities and other institutions that have dental facilities fall into this category. Due to the wide range of business models used by these customers, NEA will work with each individual institution to develop the best way to use FastAttach™. The flexibility of FastAttach™ allows it to work with just about any combination of work models.
Your company is considered a billing service if it manages billing operations such as electronic claims submission and claim management for dental practices. NEA will train and support your staff using FastAttach™. Your staff will be able to create and transmit attachments to support the electronic claims submitted for your clients. This will reduce the claim payment cycle and make your company more efficient, not to mention how happy your clients will be when they see those high dollar claims being paid faster.
