Dental: Attachment Services

NEA offers two types of attachment services for Payors: The ability to digitize attachments received in the mail and the ability to receive digitized attachments from Providers.

Images received by the Payor in the mail room can be easily and efficiently converted to digital images by using NEA's Mailroom Attachment Entry Stations.

Payors may also receive attachments directly from the Providers.

The beauty of the FastAttachTM system is that the two methods of digitizing/receiving attachments are seamlessly married to each other and as more and more Providers send digital attachments directly to the Payor, the need for digitizing attachments in the mailroom decreases without the Payor having to make any changes to internal claim/attachment processing procedures.
